If you have registered for the social dinner on Tuesday, May 14th, 2024, a fee of €50 is required. To verify your attendance, please refer to the email response you received upon registration. On-site registration will not be available. The dress code is casual.
Fees are payable in EURO only, and payment must be made via bank transfer to the bank account provided below. The deadline for payment is April 15th, 2024. Each representative from your institution/company attending the dinner must pay separately. All bank charges for remittances are to be borne by the participant. When providing information for the beneficiary, please ensure to indicate your name for payment identification.
Kindly send us the following details via email at your earliest convenience: your residential address, zip code, city, and state. This information is necessary for us to issue an invoice/tax document, which is obligatory on our part. If you require the invoice to be issued to your institution, please provide the institution’s name, address, and VAT Number. Issuing the invoice is time-sensitive as it must be completed within the same month as the payment. Therefore, we kindly request that you send us the necessary information as soon as possible.
